Until the comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance are adopted, the City will continue to operate under the provisions of the Clackamas County comprehensive plan and zoning and subdivision ordinance. The City contracts with Clackamas County Planning to administer the ordinance on a day-to-day basis. To find out your current zoning contact Clackamas County Planning Division at 503-742-4500.
