Economic Feasibility Statement
This is the final draft of the Damascus Economic Feasibility Statement. The main purpose of this report is to inform the Committee about issues and options so that they could fully consider the different levels of public services, the list of services that would be provided by the proposed city, and the desired revenue structure through which the city will fund its operations.
